I aim to create an experience for you, to create a positive mind-set, rather than just training. This is how I believe a reformed, sustainable and improved lifestyle is shaped. Fitness and fun healthy-living is a passion I pursue and I am always excited and determined to share it.

When it comes to physical health, I advocate efficiency in designing the exercises whether it’s toning, muscle development or improving overall body composition. I also tend to take into consideration your lifestyle, eating habits, goals and body type so we can plan and work towards a joyful eating habits that you can follow not just for a limited time but in lifelong to pave a way for a noncomplicated diet or exercise program.

Often we are caught in our day to day routines we find ourselves with bad habits falling through. Pressure from the environment often cause strain within the person. We have to improve our psychological and physical state to deal with the demands and pressures on daily basis. Throughout our journey together, we’ll work towards becoming stronger physically and mentally. There’ll be a lot to learn about stoicism and how it can benefit us.

 

 Getting out of our comfort zone and working towards the habits that can help us becoming stoic, motivated and energetic.

Almost a quarter of retirees claim giving up work has caused depression and anxiety.

 

More than a third (37 percent) of retired Brits believe it’s important to have something like  part time work or a hobby after retiring.  This is a very crucial time when the individuals needs to develop good habits and passion to keep them going.

There was a time when I feared I’m going to lose my dad. He’d given up and was excessively consuming and drinking. He’d become insulin resistant which made him feel hungry at all time.

As a family, we decided that I take him on a trip to Thailand. Just me and him.

For over 3 weeks, We kept away from unhealthy routines ranging from sleeping excessively, having high sugary breakfast, uncontrolled portions over lunch and dinner and drinking.

From day 1 ,we started to fast, walk minimum 20,000 steps a day, light training sessions in afternoon. Our diet was mainly consisting of healthy shakes and soups.

It was not easy  for first few days since it was a completely different lifestyle. 

I’m confident I have the right set of skills to help you/your dad to start and follow a healthier, more active lifestyle for better improved mental and physical health when back at home.

My favourite destination for this revolutionary lifestyle changeover is Phuket – Thailand.
