WHY CHOOSE ME

My goal is simple: to make sure you have a continued results after you return home from our time being away. Let’s be honest, it’s easier to be good, healthy and follow the advises on the retreat. The real challenge is when you are back home.

Based on your goal, I’ll create a  customized structured program with the individual attention you need to help with your transformation. A truly holistic approach to create lasting behavioural and lifestyle changes by  treating all aspects of your health from physical and mental to emotional and spiritual.

Exercising

Dependinding on your goal, I’ll design the exercises type and frequency with/without equipments.  It’ll be fun and full of variation.

 

 

 

Regulating Sleep

We try to wake up as early as possible.  6am to 7am or even earlier. We’ll try to improve this by slowly getting up earlier each day. This is a crucial part of our training.

 

 

 

Meditation and Mindfulness 

Key part of our journey together is to connect our mind and body together.  A mental practice to help us with self realisation, We seek to produce inner peace, emptiness of mind and alter our state of consciousness.  Let’s give it a try!

 

 

Cold Therapy

Given its potential to boost fat burning, shield the nerves, strengthen the immune system, fighting inflammation, improving sleeping quality, combating stress and increase in your willpower are too many benefits to pass. Having said that, cold exposure needs to be adopted gradually and safety precautions made.

 

Fasting

Benefits of fasting is not limited to only aestetics benefits. It’ll help us with our willpower. We can benefit from having more energy throughout the day if we can faster longer without feeling agitated. Beside that, the benefits of longevity and cellular repair can’t be missed. 

 

Cooking/Nutrition Coaching

Although it’s up to you whether or not you want to have the foods prepared or not, I highly recommend we prepare and cook our food together. It’s fun, educating and creates a stronger bond between us throughout our journey. You can choose to be fully involved or enjoy sitting down and watching me cook for us.

 

 

Nature/Eco Therapy

We are part of the web of life and that our psyches are not isolated or separate from our environment. Let’s utilise the nature to boost and mental and physical health.  Let’s get comfortable with nature so we can closely relate to it when we have a chance in our regular life 

 

Audio Book Workshops

Life is about learning and more we are aware about our body and how it works, better we can react at crucial times. 

Having Fun

As long you we are having fun, we are not quitting. Life makes fun of us and we should help it.

Practical Actions To Help With Your Daily Challenges.

We’ll live the life together. The actions will fall through. Before we know it, it becomes a daily routine. We’ll enjoy doing it rather than dreading it because we’ll see the benefits. It’s true to say, once you see the result, it becomes addictive. However, we have to make sure it becomes sustainable.

 

We’ll also talk about what we can do after we are back home. What to drink at the party, what to order at the restaurant, how to not let other affect you in negative way, etc

Learn Skills for Life

We’ll learn to master key nutritional, exercise and lifestyle skills through regular practice and coaching, such as the right eating habits adapted to your goals and the art of substitution, what to drink at parties etc. We then can apply these in various situations including the tricky ones we face in our busy lives.
